Event : Tenting with Campfire

Date : Chaitra 17 to 18, 2068 (30 March, 2012 to 31 March 2012) Friday to Saturday

Day 1 (17 Chaitra/30 March)

Move towards Gurans Park (Gwathe) form Jiri Bazaar	3:00 PM	By Jeep up to Buldanda (8 Km) and then an hour trek to venue. (Package include jeep transportation only, participants can hire bike or horse from Buldanda to reach up to venue)
Documentary Show	5:30 PM to 6:30 PM	Documentary related to Jiri and Dolakha
Camp fire with Dance Party	7:00 PM to 10 PM	Facilities by DJ
Dinner	8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Day 2 (18 Chaitra/31 March)

Trekking and Sightseeing	7:00 AM to 9:00 AM	Hanumante, Thulonagi
Back to Jiri Bazaar	9:00 AM	Trek from Program Venue to Dudule (1.5 Km), and By Jeep from Dudule to Jiri Bazaar ( 3 Km)
Dinner	11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon	Lunch at Jiri Bazaar

Terms and Condition for the Participants

1.      Each participants should pay Rs. 1500 for the Package Program (Participants can reserve their seat through Direct registration or Online Registration. Before registration they have to deposit the total amount on given Account Number*)

2.      Package program will be of 2 days and 1 night.

3.      Participants should share 1 tent with two people; each participant will get 1 sleeping bag, 1 Matrices. (tent fitting and management will be managed by organizer)

4.      Each participant will get 2 meals and 1 breakfast. Each participant should manage additional things by themselves.

5.      A tour guide for the trekking and sightseeing should be managed by the organizer.

6.      Participants will not allow for over drink, Misbehave and other activity that are non-tolerable.

7.      Each participant should follow the rules and instruction formulated by the organizer.

8.      Each participant will get full security during package program but we request not to take precious and high value ornaments and accessories.

9.      Only 100 seats is available for registration. 1st come 1st priority.
